A serene primary bedroom includes an ultra comfortable memory foam KING mattress, along with blackout curtains, TV, USB ports, luggage rack, and white noise machine. A private bunk room includes twin-over-twin memory foam mattresses, portable floor fan, TV, luggage rack and white noise machine. In the family room you'll find plenty of seating, blackout luxury window panels, and for those that need the extra space, a queen sofa sleeper. High-speed internet access is provided along with basic cable TV is also included. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary essentials including a KEURIG K-DUO Essential Coffee Maker and Coffee Grinder.

Sea Glass has limited parking. Each guest will have ONE reserved parking space to use during their stay. The $30 parking fee is included in the cleaning fee. There are very few visitor parking spaces, and they are first come first serve with no guarantee of a space. The visitor parking spaces do require a second parking pass that will require an extra charge of $30. If any vehicle is parked on Sea Glass property without a parking pass the HOA will tow the vehicle.
